First of all I just want to say welcome back, Soul! In response to the application, I believe that you could be a bit less charismatic with some of your wording. For example, you state "wonderful staff" instead of just "staff" which is usually implying that you're trying to get on the good side of whoever reads the application. Charisma is a good thing to use in an application, but I think that it's best to use it a bit more subtly than that. Also, saying that you think you deserve the job of GM is kind of a given, otherwise you wouldn't be applying. Asides from those nitpicks, the application is strong and definitely has your voice behind it. Good job.

Well, it is a good application, and its surprising
the fact that you can play 2-4 hours with those grades o-o
(they are not bad, they are very good) even though your at eigth now, right?
You forgot that you need evidence to be able to ban someone though
Anything else, the application is nice and well organized

Funny thing is i'll be thirteen in like 15 days.. and i have been allowed by the owner him self.. i've worked hard for gm position.. iv'e played with mazen for over 5-6 months.

2-4 hours at grade 7 isnt much i think u should increase that by a bit. I am a thumbs down.

well it's depending what day.. weekends i'll try to play like 5-7 hours... school days i think that is a good amount... i'm not saying thats it... i'm saying around.

I try, i mean 2-4 around, that doesn't mean always in that area, but jacob has his opinions and i bumped up the time to try and get a better result from him.....
