Max damage COULD happen but I dont think anyone hits max yet in this server, except some high-rbed people or GMs. O.o check on his stats or something. But to me, it does look like hack.

I was with him during the time but the guy knew not to hack in front of me hes been getting rbs very fast, so yeah I think hes hacking
