How to get to donator map

May i know how to get to the donator maps and the donator command??

U can do !donorcommands to check the commands but I'll also list them on here

!buffme
!spy
!follow <char>
!travel <map id>
!shout
!cleadrops
!island
!heal

I think thats all the commands, I dont think im missing any out but if I am people are free to correct me ^^
