I would be in hide,Jail them and say why are they hacking,then tell them its stupid to hack on private severs,and ban them

Actually, I think that what it needs is more content. A good application doesn't need to be flashy and colorful; it needs to have good content and full of helpful information for deciding whether or not they would make a good GM. Also, I don't mean to pick on you in particular, but GM applications look a LOT more professional if you use proper grammar and spelling. Spelling mistakes and grammar errors everywhere just screams out "unprofessional".

True. Unprofessional apps arn't serious which will most likely mean that the person dosn't really care about job enough to put in alot of effort. If you care about the job, you should try to put in more effort. If not, then its ok.
